Initially Quinoa was a limited edition of 1000 copies, made for members of the official Tangerine Dream Internatinal Fan Club. The album was republished as an expanded version in 1997 and made available to the public.
These are factory-sealed, first-pressing releases from the TDI label, which Edgar and Jerome Froese ran together from 1997 to 2004.
It is unlikely that these releases will ever be reissued in their original form.
Make sure you get your hands on one of the last remaining copies!
