Charm of Finches (s.u.)
A “soon-to-be-iconic voice” (Rolling Stone), Grace Cummings is a contemporary folk musician from Melbourne, Australia. Her songwriting is influenced by 20th century poets and luminaries, from Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan to Brett Whitely and Van Gogh, reflecting a strong connection to the Australian landscape.
Aufbruch in neue musikalische Gefilde.
Bloodhorse! direkt in deren dunklere Winkel.
ausverkauften Headline-Show in London bringt Grace Cummings Bloodhorse! im
Grace Cummings | EN Text 2026
Grace Cummings brings her most ambitious and unsettling work to Europe and the
UK this November. Bloodhorse! — out August 14th via ATO Records — is the fourth
album from the Melbourne-born singer-songwriter, and it arrives as a bold leap into
new territory. Recorded in Topanga Canyon with GRAMMY-nominated producer
Jonathan Wilson (Father John Misty, Angel Olsen, Margo Price), the record finds
Cummings pushing her extraordinary voice — that deep, feral, stop-you-in-your-
tracks alto — into music that shudders with synths, tense strings, and woozy
grooves alongside the campfire intimacy she built her reputation on.
Where Ramona opened up her world, Bloodhorse! plunges into the dark of it.
Themes of life, death, agency, and self-examination pulse through an album that is
by turns lush and violent, confessional and defiant. It's music that feels as much as
it sounds.
Following a run of European dates supporting Father John Misty and an a sold-out
London headline show at The George Tavern, Cummings will bring Bloodhorse! to
life with her full band this fall. Not to be missed.

Charm of Finches
Melbourne sister duo Charm of Finches delivers intricate indie-folk that is simultaneously graceful and darkly bewitching. Their seamless blood harmonies traverse melancholy and wonder in equal measure. The sisters, Mabel and Ivy Windred-Wornes, have toured extensively throughout the UK, Europe and Canada since 2022. Their fourth album ‘Marlinchen In The Snow’ (2024), was recorded in rural Nova Scotia inspired by the frozen landscape and their transient life on the road. In 2027, they release a new body of work; their fifth studio album recorded in Australia and Scotland where they have relocated, with collaborations from musicians across the globe. The sisters reflect on new beginnings, weaving the personal, poetical and mythological, while drawing inspiration from the drama of nature. Charm of Finches are winners of the Australian Folk Music Awards Best Folk Album (2022), Music Victoria Best Folk Act (2021) and have been nominated twice for the Australian Music Prize. “For lovers of tight sibling harmonies, chamber folk, and those who long to be carried-away by a lullaby…” – Ariana Morgenstern KCRW Today's Top Tune “nostalgic yet fresh, haunting, but at the same time serene.” - We Found New Music
