Death Party is an Austin, TX based garage punk trio. Fusing the adenoidal intensity of Jay Reatard with the rhythmic force of The Damned, Death Party expels their own unique wrath of blistering, fuzz-induced rock’n’roll.  Frontman Nicky Papaioannou (The Brides) moans reverb laden, infectious melodies over the top of cantankerous buzz-saw powerchords straight from his Gibson Flying V, while drummer Ramon Ortiz (Shark Rider, Petra von Kan’t) echos with razor-sharp intensity behind the kit.  Since their formation in 2022, Death Party has established their way in the garage punk circuit joining tours with The Brides (Hozac Records) and Dog Party, as well as securing support slots with Bass Drum of Death, Black Lips, Wavves, Cloud Nothings and more.  They have also played festivals and showcases including Goner Records, Hot Luck Fest, Free Week, and Hot Summer Nights.
