How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets paid for by instant payment (e.g., Apple Pay™️, Google Pay™️, Klarna, or credit card) are available immediately after completing the order directly in the browser and remain accessible via the displayed link.
You will also receive an order confirmation by email, which contains links to all your purchased tickets.
Hard tickets: These will be shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
We strongly recommend creating a user account. This way, you can view all order details and tickets directly on our homepage or in the service area at any time.
I lost my ticket – what can I do?
No problem! Here you can have your tickets resent.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Apple Pay™️, Google Pay™️, Klarna, credit card, and prepayment. We reserve the right to offer additional payment methods.
What are the shipping costs?
Within Germany:
Europe & worldwide: Shipping costs depend on the country and weight and are displayed in the cart.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is shipped 2–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery within Germany takes an additional 2–4 business days.
Which countries can I order from?
We ship almost worldwide 🌍. If your country is not supported, this will be indicated during checkout. In such cases, you can cancel your order.
What if an item doesn’t fit?
No problem, you can exchange items within 14 days. Simply contact us via our contact form and return the item with your order number and exchange request.
If the desired item is unavailable, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
Can I return CDs or vinyl records?
Returns of audio and data carriers are only possible if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Opened items are unfortunately excluded.
