We want to make the ticket and ordering process as easy as possible for you. Here you'll find answers to common questions – if anything remains unclear, just get in touch with us.

Tickets & Orders

If you paid by instant payment (e.g. Apple Pay™, Google Pay™, Klarna or credit card), your e-tickets are available immediately after successful payment.

You can open them directly in your browser and will also receive an order confirmation by email containing all your ticket links.

Tip: Your ticket link stays active permanently – so you can access it any time.

No problem. You can have your digital ticket resent to you by email at any time. Just enter the email address you used for your order here and we'll send your e-tickets again.

Alternatively, our support team will help you out quickly.

Tip: With a user account you have access to all your tickets and orders at any time.

Hard tickets are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes another 2–4 business days. In individual cases it may take a little longer.

Your e-tickets are available to you immediately, either way.

You can generate new barcodes in your user account. The old tickets are automatically invalidated in the process.

You can then have your updated tickets resent to you by email.

Changing tickets & legal notices

There is no right of withdrawal for tickets with a fixed event date (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).

You will be informed automatically by email.

The email will contain all the information about new dates, refunds or further options.

Yes, this is generally possible.

For personalised tickets, we need the details of the new person (name and email address) so that we can carry out the re-personalisation. Alternatively, you can check whether self-service re-personalisation is enabled. In that case you can do it yourself. You'll find the option directly when you open your tickets.

Payment

You can pay with Apple Pay™, Google Pay™, Klarna, credit card or by prepayment.

Please check your spam folder first.

If you can't find an email, it's possible that a wrong email address was provided with the order.

In this case, please send us your proof of payment – we'll take care of it quickly.

Please send us both proofs of payment.

We'll review the transaction and refund the overpaid amount.

Shipping & Delivery (Merch)

Shipping costs are shown transparently in the cart and depend on the destination and order size.

Orders are usually shipped 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery within Germany then takes approximately 2–4 business days.

We ship to many countries worldwide.

If your country is not available, this will be indicated during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges (Merch)

You can exchange items within 14 days.

Just get in touch with us and send the item back with your order number.

If the desired item is not available, we'll refund the amount.

Returns are only possible if the items are unopened and in their original packaging.

Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We'll find a solution as quickly as possible.
