Her acclaimed EPs No Sharp Edges and Push Pull led to her debut album Pearlescent Dark (2024) — a genre-defying deep dive into experimental club music. Ida Stein is a Norwegian artist and producer working in the fields of alternative pop, electronica, and jazz. Her self-produced debut album "Bring It On" was released under the label silver shapes records on October 10, 2025, and has received consistently positive national and international reviews. The release concerts took place in front of an enthusiastic audience on October 27 at Parkteatret in Oslo, two of Norway’s most renowned venues, marking the arrival of a bold new voice in Scandinavian music.
