The Reading Group is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

READING GROUP IN SOLIDARITY WITH "THE FREEDOM THEATRE" IN JENIN
Join us for a series of meetings as we delve into the play The Revolution’s Promise, examining its relevance to the historical and political world stage. Together we’ll navigate through Palestine's history, “The Freedom Theatre's” legacy, and the role of art in resistance movements.
Our goal is to create a shared understanding and foster deeper awareness as we seek to answer the question: what is the political impact of art, and what does it mean to preserve its freedom?
To ensure a fruitful discussion, we kindly request participants read the entire play prior to the first gathering, which can be found at theculturalintifada.com/script . A German translation is in progress. Conversation will be in both English and German.
