Sebastian Block and his band are synonymous with German-language indie pop that is both rousing and moving, whilst never losing its light-heartedness. A far cry from polished radio pop, they combine catchy melodies and danceable rhythms with poetic and refreshingly unvarnished lyrics. With their directness, they are reminiscent of the great German-language rock and pop traditions in the style of Rio Reiser, whilst remaining firmly rooted in the modern indie sound. This evening is all about celebrating life – loud, honest and from the very bottom of their hearts.
